OUR PROMISE

Medical decisions should be guided by need, quality of life and love—not solely by the ability to pay.

We cannot promise every family a different ending. What we can do is help create the opportunity to pursue every medically reasonable option and make decisions based on what is best for the animal they love.

WHY NALA

She spent her life protecting her family. Now her legacy can help protect yours.

Nala joined our family as a German Shepherd puppy and grew up alongside us as our family changed, moved, celebrated, and welcomed our son. She was part of our wedding, traveled with us, and made protecting the people she loved her mission.

During her final illness, we were fortunate to have the resources to pursue every reasonable test, specialist and treatment option available to her. In the end, medicine simply ran out of options that could give her the quality of life she deserved.

Nala had every option available to her. Her legacy will be helping make those options available to others.

HOW WE PLAN TO HELP

Creating options when families need them most.

The Foundation is being built to provide direct charitable assistance for serious veterinary needs, with payments made directly to participating veterinary providers whenever possible.

Diagnostics

Advanced testing such as imaging, ultrasound, biopsy and specialist diagnostics needed to understand what is happening.

Treatment

Medically reasonable treatment for serious illness or injury, including emergency and specialty care.

Quality of Life

Support that keeps the animal's comfort and best interests at the center of every decision.

FAMILY ASSISTANCE

Our focus is not on dictating medical decisions. It is on creating options, reducing financial barriers, and helping families work with their veterinary team to decide what is best for the animal they love.
